Rental customer understands that Trinity RV Rentals will charge a 3% processing fee for all damage deposit payments and all rental payments paid via a Credit Card. If this is your preferred method of payment, Customer grants Trinity RV Rentals the right to deduct from your damage deposit all payment fees & damages found on your Motorhome at the time of your departure.
ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO SUCH EVENT
TRINITY RV RENTALS CANNOT GUARANTEE CUSTOMER RENTAL PACKAGE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE IF RENTAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED 90 DAYS PRIOR TO SUCH EVENT.

ANY WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE MADE WITH 90 DAYS OR MORE FROM DATE OF EVENT WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
ANY WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE MADE WITH LESS THAN 90 DAYS OF SUCH EVENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IN THE EVENT A RACE IS POSTPONED BY THE SPEEDWAY TO A FUTURE DATE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AND THE NEW EVENT DATES WILL THEN APPLY TO THE EXISTING RENTAL AGREEMENT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WITH LESS THAN 90 DAYS WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE.
